I had an impacted 3rd molar tooth on the lower right jaw. This condition leads to another problem which is the formation of the 'operculum', which later cause 'pericoronitis'.
Operculum is a 'flap-like' coverage formed by our gums which it partially covered our tooth. While pericoronitis is the inflammation of the gums surrounding the teeth.
So, with this impacted 3rd molar, I had all of these signs and these are the indication for Minor Oral Surgery.
Minor Oral Surgery was done yesterday at 11am at Klinik Pakar Pergigian Pusat Pengajian Sains Pergigian. The surgery did not went so well in middle of the procedure, because I was nearly faint. My eye vision went black and my Blood Pressure drops lower than 80/40 mmHg (which is not good; normal = 120/80mmHg).
After that scenario, Dr decided to postpone my surgery to another time. Before they sent me off, they stabilised my condition first. After I was fine, suddenly Dr wanted to continue the surgery again and I said "Okay".
After that, everything went well and my 3rd molar was successfully pulled-out. Dr stitched back the incisional wound he made and I went back with painkiller prescription.
